First‑Time Customer Instructions

Welcome to Suds & Stripes — a veteran‑owned pickup & delivery laundry service with 24–48 hr turnaround.

For your first pickup, here’s all we need:

1. Place your laundry in any bag you have on hand

Trash bag, hamper bag, reusable bag — anything works for the first pickup.

2. Leave it outside at your scheduled pickup time

Front door, porch, or a clear drop spot. If there are gate codes or special instructions, just let us know.

3. We’ll transfer your laundry into our standard Suds & Stripes bag.

This tells us exactly how many of our bags your load fills, and your pricing is based on that number.

4. We return your clean laundry in your own Suds & Stripes bag.

This becomes your permanent pickup bag for all future orders.
